Trading Terms
PAYMENT
All prices in AUD, including GST. We accept Credit Card / Pay Pal / After Pay. Prices subject to change.
AVAILABILITY
Unless otherwise stated, our products are usually custom-made and as such have production lead-times applied to them. If your purchase is time sensitive please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
We are provided with estimated arrival dates but cannot be held responsible for unexpected production or freight delays. Please always plan your order with this in mind.
For textiles (cushions and homewares) please allow minimum 3 weeks (bedheads 6 weeks) for your custom order to be created.
PRE-ORDERS / CUSTOM ORDERS
Pre-orders and custom must be paid in full to secure stock. As all of our pieces are hand-made on demand, an order cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted.
FREIGHT
We currently ship Australia-wide only. At checkout you will be given flat rate shipping options for homewares, furniture or large / heavy / fragile items – based on items you are purchasing. These rates are estimated for East Coast / Metro areas only.
We will contact you once your order is submitted with a more accurate timeframe and costing.
If you are a rural or remote customer (including WA/TAS/SA/NT) please envisage additional costs and longer delivery times.
Large and fragile items may come shipped on pallets / in wooden crates, please ensure your delivery address can handle a pallet jack transportation. Most delivery companies operate to kerbside / ground floor / front door only - and do not include unpacking or rubbish removal.
DAMAGES
Please report any damaged item immediately upon delivery - claims will only be considered within 24 hours of receiving. There are limited timeframes for claiming if transit insurance has been applied to your order, and photographic evidence including packaging will be required to submit a claim. We will not accept liability for any damage to items which have been moved from the original delivery address.
WARRANTY
We follow Australian Consumer Law where necessary and products may fall under a limited warranty for major structural faults only. Our designs are not graded for commercial use (residential only).
Our items are handmade and as such no two pieces are the same. Materials including timbers, leather and stone can have variation in colourway and appearance between orders.
Some defects are not considered a fault – but should be embraced as an organic feature of a natural material. (eg. For larger timber pieces, splits in the wood may appear over time). Solid timber as a natural product is reactive to environmental changes. As such changes in temperature or humidity causing splits, cracks, movement, bowing or joint separation in timber cannot be warranted.
SALE ITEMS
Occasionally we may discount items. Normally those products are floor-stock or discontinued lines, so may have signs of being on display. We do not accept any returns on sale items / discounted or discontinued items. Any sale discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
